Last updated: October 26, 2026. This notice covers Voidexe at https://voidexe.cc/.
Who is responsible
Voidexe is independently owned and operated by its human owner. For site-related privacy questions, contact WebMaster@voidexe.cc or use our contact form. The site runs on WordPress, hosted by Namecheap (EasyWP), and uses Jetpack, a WordPress plugin from Automattic, for features such as statistics, security and the contact form.
Reading, browsing, and searching
You can read our articles without creating a Voidexe account. When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring page, and request time to deliver pages, secure the service, and keep server logs. Do not enter passwords or other private information into site search.
Jetpack may collect visit statistics (such as pages viewed and approximate location) so we can see which articles people read. Automattic describes this in its privacy notice and Jetpack privacy information. Namecheap describes its processing in its privacy policy.
Cookies and advertising
WordPress sets cookies for logged-in administrators, and Jetpack may use cookies or similar technologies for statistics and security. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect some features.
We do not currently run Google Analytics or third-party advertising on this site. If we add analytics, advertising (such as Google AdSense) or another service, this notice will be updated first and, where required, a consent message will be shown.
Contact forms and email
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Submissions are stored in this site’s WordPress database on our hosting account and sent to WebMaster@voidexe.cc. Spam-protection services may process submission details. Direct email is handled by Proton, the mailbox provider used for that address.
We use correspondence to answer requests, investigate corrections, handle privacy questions, and maintain relevant records. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing. Please send only what is necessary and avoid credentials, payment details, recovery codes, and confidential files.
Storage, access, and sharing
Contact messages may remain in the site database, email inboxes, and provider backups until removed or until the relevant provider’s retention process completes. We aim to keep correspondence only as needed for the request, security, legitimate recordkeeping, or applicable legal requirements.
The site owner and the service providers supporting the site may process information needed to operate it or handle your request. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. We do not publish private correspondence without permission.
Your choices and requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to Voidexe, contact WebMaster@voidexe.cc. Identify the relevant message or submission without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Available rights and exceptions depend on the laws that apply to you.
External links and AI-assisted publishing
Links to other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. AI assists with general editorial work, illustrations and site development. Reading an article does not send anything you type to a chatbot through Voidexe.
Updates
We will revise this notice when relevant site features, providers, or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
